23 March 1966: Lino Soga, at the age of 19, starts his own business in his birth house in Montecchio Maggiore (VI), Italy.
He has 3 clients and 2 collaborators
1966
Production by hand of windings for small DC rotors (electropneumatic horns)
1972
Production of the first special electric motors
The company moves to Meledo (VI) and has 35 collaborators
1976
CMA Srl is founded for the manufacturing of the windings
1979
The present headquarter’s building starts, in Via della Tecnica in Montecchio Maggiore (VI), with 50 collaborators
1980
Acquisition of SINCRO Srl in Cereda di Cornedo (VI), originally founded in 1986
1989
First alternators for portable gen-sets (GS100 series)
1994
First welder/generators (EW series)
SOGA GROUP naming including all the companies (SOGA, SINCRO, CMA)
1999

RAILWAY: starting of project to develop special electric motors for on-board installation on high speed trains

First AGROWATT pto generators
In Croatia (Rijeka) SINCRO d.o.o. is established (from the acquisition of KONCAR Group Power Division)

E.K. Elektroagregati Koncar d.o.o. in Rijeka (Croazia) is established to produce special gen-sets exclusively for the local market
