The new release of SK225 industrial alternators.

Sincro SK225 4-pole industrial brushless/AVR alternator series has a new design, with changes improving external shaping while offering also some plus points.

The new alternators can be ordered starting today on S and M-sizes:

  • SK225 SM 65kVA#1500 RPM | 78 kVA#1800 RPM
  • SK225 MS 80kVA#1500 RPM | 96 kVA#1800 RPM

In the upcoming months, powers 80, 93, 110KVA#1500 RPM will be also integrated into the new range configuration.

While performances remain outstanding, some interesting benefits are implied.

1# STEEL HOUSING, EXTREME TOUGHNESS

New design following the exclusive one of SK160, FB, HB, IB models: epoxy-powder-painted steel housing ensuring scratch resistance and toughness, using fixing screws for the bars supporting the main stators and exciter.

2# INTERCHANGEABILITY

Interchangeability with SK225 current model both for SAE and IM B34 couplings: same frame size and interaxis distance between the feet holes.

3# LOWER TERMINAL BOX

The terminal box is 65-mm lower. This will allow to pack 4 alternators (instead of 2) in a standard crate, with a great saving in transport and storage costs.

When auxiliary devices or terminals are present, a higher terminal box will be supplied.

4# PMG KIT FOR FAST ASSEMBLY

The rear shield has been re-designed, made of cast-iron and arranged to host the PMG.

This will be available on request as a kit, which OEMs and distributors can install on their own on each machine of the new series.
